The following are the 7 steps I will take to help you, my client, purchase your dream home.
1. Ask you profound questions to find out what your dreams and aspirations are in your real estate investment. After all, your real estate purchases will probably be one of the most important financial investments you will make.
2. Find out exactly what type of house you are looking for and what you desire most. What area of town, how many rooms, if you want to be close to your children's school or your workplace. I will get to know you on a personal level in order to help find the best fit possible for you and your family.
3. Search the MLS database as well as For Sale By Owner listings. Prior to taking you to view any house I will preview the house personally to make sure it fits your standards and desires. I will not waste your valuable time taking you to look at houses that don't fit your needs and requirements.
4. Once we have selected the house you desire to purchase I will represent you as my client and your best interest and effectively negotiate the purchase price and best possible contract terms.
5. After escrow is opened I will oversee all of the contract details which involve the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement, inspection reports, commitment for buyer's insurance, HOA documents, appraisal, repairs to be made by the seller, etc. There are so many details that must be handled professionally and timely. As your real estate consultant, I will make sure everything is on task for the final signing "celebration".
6. Together we will complete a final walk-through to make sure everything is perfect for move in. I will address any issues that have not been handled by the seller to make your close of escrow will go as smooth and efficiently as possible.
7. I will personally deliver you the keys to your new house and hopefully share the moment when you first walk into your new home. This is the moment I believe we have found "SUCCESS" in your real estate dreams. |
